 Wet Casting Automation Minimize

WET CASTING: Wet cast techniques are typically used to create decorative products as stone, bricks, stone veneer, bricks veneer and architectural stone with different surface of finish. In the wet cast production the concrete is usually prepared in a batch process to ensure mix consistency then fed into silicon or polyurethane moulds by the operator. Vibration is used to settle the concrete, filling any small voids, force any small air pockets to be expelled via the open top surface. Then the moulds that are contained in special designed trays for easy racking are stored in a heated room for curing. Vortex Hydra has developed fully automation technology for wet casting production in order to allow the manufacturer to achieve large quantities of product of a consistent quality with any kind of shape with different coloured concrete blending.
