PACKAGING: TAYLOR MADE SOLUTIONS

Wide selection of packaging configurations is available from Vortex Hydra. Single well proven machines can be combined to satisfy virtually any packaging requirement, from 25 to 150 tiles per minute, for interlocking tiles, fittings and customised products. A remarkably popular section is represented by the Drying Rotary family, that can give our customers the competitive edge of a perfect paint drying combined with gentle handling and very high efficiency. The system's primary advantage is in the way tiles are handled. Each tile is carefully stacked in racks prior to being packed on the pallet. Tiles are then brought together in a controlled manner in order to reduce the risk of chipping and surface marking to an absolute minimum.
