DESCRIPTION OF A GENERAL LINE

Continuous Extruder

The extruder has two different electrical motors, one dedicated for propulsion system and the other connected to the gear box of the extrusion head. The propulsion system consist in a continuous chain drive of pallets from the bottom. The extruder includes a flying cutter with a knife which provides the cutting of the tile at the exact dimensions.

 

 

 

 

 


Racker/Deracker

Loading and unloading operations of racks are automatizated by a “Racker-Deracker”, where the fresh tiles are automatically elevated and pushed into the racks while the cured tiles are pushed out from another rack into a descender, that lays the tiles onto the outgoing conveyor.

 

 

 

 

 

 


Depalleter
The cured tiles (on pallets) pass through the depalleter, which separates the tiles from the pallets.

 

 

 

 

  


Flow Inverter

The pallets, separated from the tiles by depalleter, return to the tile machine via a Flow Inverter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

  


Oiler
before entering into the tile machine, the pallets pass through an oiler, which sprays releasing oil on the upper surface of the pallet itself, to help the separation between pallets and tile into the depalleter.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 


 

MODULO 40-60

The output of a plant at 40 tiles/min could be upgrated at 60 tpm using the same machines, placed always in the same place, just purchasing an suitable kit.

Our plants (running at 40tpm) are designed to be expanded since the beginning or in a second stage to the speed of 60tpm that means a production of ~25.000 tiles/shift.

The mixer is already suitable for 60 tpm only minor modifications of the software of the mixer are necessary to get faster cycles and adjustment on the feeding conveyors speed.

MODULO 80-120

The output of a plant at 80 tiles/min could be upgrated at 120 tpm using the same machines, placed always in the same place, just purchasing an suitable kit.

Our plants (running at 80tpm) are designed to be expanded since the beginning or in a second stage to the speed of 120tpm that means a production of ~45.000 tiles/shift.

The mixer is already suitable for 120 tpm only minor modifications of the software of the mixer are necessary to get faster cycles and adjustment on the feeding conveyors speed.
