MANUAL BENCH to manufacture CLOAK VERGES

The cloak verge manufacturing equipment consists of a steel bench and a frame to support the aluminium pallets, a sliding device to shape the upper surface of tiles and a manual elevating mechanism to collect the wet tiles. The concrete mix, is manually distributed on the top of the aluminium mould with care of feeding the lateral edge and then shaped moving forward and backward a sliding device. At the end of the shaping, the wet tile is manually un-loaded using a lifting mechanism.

STEEL RACK FOR 300 TILES

Already assembled and painted, just to be bolted on site, to be moved by fork-lift 3000 Kg, suitable for manual and auto racking/deracking.
